St. Patty's

     So I don't know whats wrong with me because if you know me I always remember holidays!  However, for some reason I did forget St. Patty's Day:(  We went down to Sigurd the day before to celebrate my cousin Kent's 30th Birthday so that is what was on my mind.  So fun, his Girlfriend put on the whole thing and it was very cute everything old school Mario Brothers. He was so surprised he had to take a few steps back when we all yelled SURPRISE!!  So good to see him and be in Sigurd I think the last time I was there was 6 years ago for my cousin Sally's wedding, WOW we were over due:)  Then we drove back to American Fork to my mothers house.  I for some reason looked at the calender @ midnight and saw March 17th!!First thought... "I didn't even pack green cloths for us!!"  So sad:( I did however managed to make GREEN blueberry muffins and GREEN milk:) that was it for St. Patty's excitement. Then we went to Provo to do taxes.....Lame  Then back home to watch the poor Aggie's lose to Kansas State.  Not a very exciting GREEN day but oh well what can I do. Guess there is next year.

       So that last post I started last August and never published it sorry:)  Life has been good crazy but good.  Since the fourth of July we celebrated me and Marks birthdays drove home from Louisiana celebrated Halloween, Thanksgiving, Paislee's FIRST Birthday(BIG event pictures soon!! By the way she was walking at 9 months!!)  Christmas, New Years and Valentines Day!!  WOW I am officially the worst blogger I will try to get some pictures up:)  In a nut shell we have been loving life.  We just got home from a Caribbean cruise so amazing!  Left Paislee with my sister Mindy(THANKS SO MUCH) for the longest we have ever been apart from her 8 whole days don't worry I cried like a big baby and Paislee was just fine.  In preparation for our cruise Mark convinced me to become Scuba Certified:) yes me! HAHAH I know but I made it through it and I was so glad I did, we scubaed in St. Croix and Barbados so beautiful!!  Still freaks me out though!  It was a vacation out of a movie so much fun and so beautiful.  It was also humbling to see how some people live in our world and it makes me so grateful to call my home the United States of America we have so many blessings.  One that stuck out to me was a dishwasher let alone a sink in our kitchens!  In St. Lucia I saw women washing there dishes in a small stream and then carrying them back in a dish drainer on their heads while this same stream was used to wash their clothing.  Anyway we are SO!! blessed!  The vacation in all was fabulous and I was sad to come home to almost 2 feet of snow on our driveway:)

     Marks little brother was married Feb. 19 to beautiful Lindsey Robinson now Tims:)  way excited to have her in the family she is so cute and fun to hang out with.  I made their wedding cake and it turned out ok, a little lumpy but I am still an amature one day the word professional will describe me:)HEHEH!  So now Mark is away on business:) (always wanted to say that sounds so important)  he is selling security systems in San Diego for 10 days this is the longest we have ever been apart:(  I am leaving for my mothers in the morning me and Pais miss him to much to stay in this house much longer (only been a day).  I hope to show off pics from the cruise but they are all on Marks phone so until then this is all you get.  Hey at least I have a computer again!!

4th Of July

        This year the 4th was a little different, I am used to being with my Family Camping Boating and Fireworks!  Well this year it was Louisiana style.  We started our day by going to the Baton Rouge Zoo which was so much fun other then the heat and Paislee getting sunscreen in her eye.  She was able to pet a baby alligator and sit on a giraffes head!!HAHA Who can say that?  So I am the worst mother ever and let the boys convince me that it would be fine.  We were feeding them leaves and Mark lets Paislee pet the giraffes head and then thinks it would be cool to hold her like she was riding it crazy I know we are just lucky the giraffe was really nice.  We then went down to the Mississippi boardwalk in downtown Baton Rouge for some music, jambalaya and Fireworks over the Mississippi it was amazing!  Marks boss Brooke then had additional fireworks at his house and everyone went swimming.  Me and Mark didn't bring swim suits so Mark jumped in and then sweet Brian threw me in.  All in all even missing our families it was a really fun 4th.

I just have to tell all of you that I do not have a computer at the moment. Ours crashed so I have not been able to blog forever anyway I hope to soon be blogging again.

6 Months

    Here are some pics of Paislee when she was 6 months old  even though she is now 7 months :)  I am really bad at blogging.  I missed the chance to get them professional so I attempted on my own again. :)  The problem was she would not look at me she was too interested in the beautiful grass and flowers anyway at least I got something.  I can't believe how much she has grown and how many new things she learns every day I love being a mom it is so rewarding I just hope I can teach her to always be as sweet as she is right now!  Paislee was crawling/scooting at 6 months completely sitting alone and sleeping as good as ever we really did get the best baby!!!

I Love her outfit and her little flower shoes!!! The shoes were given to her from Grandma Hone and they are still a little big but they are my favorite!  Thanks Mom!

I almost forgot here are some pics of Paislee and Mark.  We were in the store shopping and Paislee saw herself in the mirror and she thought it was so funny and she got all excited and laughed so funny.  When Mark would walk away from the mirror she would stop but as soon as he would go back she would get all excited waving her arms jumping and laughing, so cute!!!
