Back at home me Mark & Paislee didn't get to much time together but on Thursdays Mark had a break in between classes. We would always get Marks favorite Mt. Dew & little Ceasers pizza, then find a local park and spend sometime together we loved this & was my highlight of the week. Now that we are in Louisiana we get a lot more time together, but I do miss our little picnics. I guess its one thing to look forward to when Mark starts school again here are some pic's of our last one before the summer!

Before & After
So before we came to Louisiana I wanted to get the house super clean, that way when we get home that will be one thing I won't have to worry about (I am my Mothers daughter). Well I took on a big job and decided to clean our sofa & love seat they were a sweet gift from Marks parents when we got our house. They are in excellent condition especially considering Mark comes from a family of boys!! So they were a little bit dirty not that anyone ever noticed but I needed a project & I am a bit of a clean freak so it worked out great & they now look brand new!! Thanks Roger & Gina

Lets play catch up!
So I am super sad because I don't really have internet for the summer and there is a lot to blog about! Plus I am bored out of my mind:) We moved to Louisianna for the summer Mark is selling security systems and so far he is doing really well, but I am in the apartment with Paislee my best friend:) in a place where I don't really know anyone and I do not have my family close by anymore. Even though Logan was not close to them now I am across the country! However it is beautiful here and church on Sunday was good met a few people so it can only get better.
Lots of things have happened first Mark's little sister Michelle was Married May 8th to Frank Michelii (hope I spelled it right) anyway it was beautiful and so crazy that she is married. I decided to be crazy and I voluntered to make her wedding cake! I have always wanted to do this I even thought about making my own but that would have been truly crazy. At first I thought its no big deal I have made cakes before its just a little bigger:) I watched you tube videos and googled and they made it look so easy well my first trial cake was a nightmare! I had never worked with fondant before and it was aweful. So I was getting scared I mean this is a big deal it is her big day and it didn't help that she told be that she knew it would turn out great and it was the one thing she was sure on!! HELP So I talked to a few people I new who made cakes(thanks Chelsey and Ollie) they gave me hints and told me that making your own fondant is so much better. So I used marshmellos on my secong trial and it was amazing how much better it went, I was feeling a little better about the whole thing. Well I had to make her cake 4 days before the wedding because first she was going through the temple for herself on Friday in the Mount Timp. Temple and then getting married in the Salt Lake Temple on Saturday and then back up to Wyoming that night for a reception. Dont worry that I had to be packed and ready to move myself for 4 months that sunday!! So I made the cake Tuesday put Fondant on it Wednesday and cleaned my house and Packed the car for a 4 month stay in Lousianna:) We then drove to Wyoming to help decorate for the reception, part of the cake on my lap of coarse in a box but still 2 hour drive:) When we got there they were pretty much done decorating since they started at 8:00 that morning. Well the cake I had on my lap was the tallest teir and it unfortunatly became a little bumpy but I thought nothing I can do now:) We then spent the night there and the next morning headed to American Fork. We stayed with my mom and then she babysat all the kiddos 9Paislee and most all Marks neices and nefews)while we went to the temple. This was amazing and reminded me of when I went through for the first time, the temple is truly beautiful and the blessings even more so. We then went back to my moms to sleep and get up for the wedding. Camille was the photographer and did a awesome job and it was fun to have her there. The rest of my family was unable to come because of some sad news, my Aunt Darlene had past away and the feuneral landed on the same day as Michelle's wedding. This was so sad because I really wanted to be there for my cousins and Uncle on this sad day. I loved my Aunt she was like a second mom she was so incredible, a cow farmers wife who worked so hard and always had somthing yummy in the kitchen to eat she was the perfect host I will truly miss her. The wedding ceremony was as usual beautiful and Frank and Michelle seemed so young sitting there waiting to be married it was weird because I still consider my self young so funny to have the thought. We then headed back to Wyoming I was so scared about the cake I decided to forgo the lunchon and work on the cake while no one was around. To have others watching would have been even more scary and I would be more pron to mess up. Well it turned out better then I thought and for someone who had never done it before I think it looked pretty good. There were abviousley some mess ups but hopfully no one noticed but me:) The wedding reception was fun and turned out beautiful just like the rest of the day, congrats Frank and Michelle.
Well sunday morning at 3:59 AM me, Mark, and Paislee set out for a long drive to Lousianna. Paislee did awesome only cried twice yes twice the whole way there, what an angel. Being how it was mothers day and my first mothers day it was interesting. Mark was a sweety and felt bad about how it was not ideal so he took me to Applebees for dinner and then oreos and milk for desert yum:) It was a simple mothers day but perfect esspecially considering the circumstances. Well we are now here in Lousianna for an adventure of our lives it is exciting and also very strange being so far from home somthing I never really experienced before. unless you count St. George and Logan:) wow how I thought I was so far from family then and now how I really am. I don't know that I will be able to blog a whole lot considering this internet problem so have a great summer love you all.

Easter @ the Tims
This Year we went to Wyoming for Easter super fun but we did miss Gina(Grandma Tims) her sister was really sick and depressed so she needed her sister. So Gina flew to California for Easter. We hope and pray that Aunt Elane is doing much better. Still it was a good Easter Diana (my sister-in-law) made Easter Sunday lunch Brittany (my other sister-in-law) made yummy desert and I just HAD to make jell-o eggs tradition with the Hone's so I have to bring it along with me or it just wouldn't be the same:) I also had the kids make easter nests another Hone tradition I can't let die when I can't be with them. Basically rice krispy treats with chinese noodles and candy eggs in the middle looking like a nest:) The kids really enjoyed it and my nefew Carson really loved getting butter on his hands, he crabed an entire hand full so cute!! Well the Easter Bunny came brought treats and Paisley a bouncer yeah!! She loves it! So fun and cute, but even though the treats and Easter Bunny are fun I really love thinking about the real reson we celebrate, Christ and the atonment and how because of him and his sacrifice we are able to be with our Father in Heaven and our families FOREVER!! This is such a blessing and I hope me and my little family will be able to live worthy of it. Conference was amazing I loved Elder Uchtdorf's talk on Sunday Morning and my role as a mother it was awesome and I need to work harder for my family!! All in all Easter was great and fun to be with family here are some pics.
Crib Set finished!!!!
I finally finished Paislee's crib set and it turned out so cute, took me forever but I love it!! She is now a big girl and sleeps in her big girl bed:) This is her tinkerbell fairyland!! My mom made the bedskirt and I made the rest there are some flaws if you look close so don't HAHA however I was quite proud of myself. I even hade Mark help me put on the velcro for the bumper(They were sticky velcro strips so it was a nightmare to sew them on!!!) Anyway I am so happy it is finished, so is Paislee!!
Three Months!!
Ok so I haven't blogged in awhile and I have some cute pics of my little Paislee who is now really closer to 4 months then three but these pictures were when she was three months :) It is also my attempt at a profesional pic because I was unable to get with my photographer/sweet sister Camille by the way she takes super good pic check out her photography blog (Camillasphotography.blogspot.com) So just know these are done by an amiture :) me. PS They were taken in my bedroom, don't you love my wall and pillow?? My bedroom was inspired by our wedding colors and my love for victorian style!

Rolling,Laughing & growing!!
So last week was very eventfull and I have really been wanting to post but have just now found the time. My sweet little Paislee is now a roller!! She rolled from her tummy to her back last sunday March 7th I was so happy and excited!! Camille my sister was visiting so she was able to see. Paislee is getting so big it is crazy!! She also laughed last week it was the cutest thing ever we were just bouncing her on the bed and she laughed. However she has not done the full on giggle yet and I am so excited for that!! Her little laugh is the sweetest thing ever, even last night it was so funny I was telling her that all the boys are going to love her while I tapped on her nose and she just laughed so CUTE!!
Also last night I went to our wards Relief Society Birthday party and it was lots of fun getting to know the laddies in our ward better. I sat at a table with some other new moms and one of them had a little girl that was 5 months old, now I always new Paislee was in the higher percentile for her size and age but I swear she was so much bigger, so I asked and did find out that this little girl was only in the 20th percentile for her age and size and Paislee is in the 70th to 80th so that made me feel better:) Paislee has always been very smart for her age since she arrived looking around soaking up everything and honestly I think thinking about them too. The entire table was shocked that she had already rolled over at 11 weeks so I was a proud Mommy!:) Even though I don't even know if that is soon for a baby to roll over because I am new either way I am so proud and think she is so smart and amazing!!
Oh PS I have video of Paislee rolling over but I have to figure out how to post that so hopfully soon:)
